This PhD position focuses on developing a hybrid physics-based and data-driven digital twin model for monitoring the health of AEM electrolysers and forecasting their remaining useful life. The successful candidate will contribute to model development, empirical testing, and collaborate with industry partners. A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Physics, or related fields, along with strong skills in numerical modelling and machine learning, is required.
