Prof. Swati Maitra’s research group at IIT Kharagpur offers PhD positions in sustainable pavement infrastructure and advanced concrete technologies. Research areas include concrete and cementitious materials, retrofitting and rehabilitation of infrastructure, and pavement analysis and design. Candidates with a Master's in Transportation/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or related fields, and an interest in concrete technology, sustainable materials, or rigid pavement systems are encouraged to apply.
